The Site is operated by Cashmash and provides information about the LeaguesPro platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you should use the Site only with permission from a parent or guardian.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes to learn about LeaguesPro and contact us about the service.

Links on the Site may direct you to dash.leaguespro.com for account registration and league administration. Use of the dashboard is subject to separate terms presented at sign-up.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping the Site in a manner that imposes unreasonable load, impersonating Cashmash or LeaguesPro, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

The Site, LeaguesPro branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by Cashmash or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Information on the Site about features, pricing, or availability may change without notice and is not a binding offer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cashmash will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
